With the council only providing a ‘snap shot’ of the true statistics of how bad the situation really is, we go on a journey with some of the people that the council are refusing to acknowledge.

After being officially selected and projected at the No/Gloss film festival in Leeds, the Smalls film festival in London and the Greater Manchester Film Festival in Manchester, SHELTER is now available to everyone… And it is now, I hope, this documentary will fully spread its wings and raises awareness about homelessness on the rise in UK.

Shelter is a documentary produced and realised by Mike Staniforth whom I was lucky enough to meet a few months ago. He offered me to join him on this adventure as a second camera operator. It took us months to capture all these truly touching testimonials and I invite you to read Mike’s extensive making of article over HERE. We are already discussing a possible follow up project so make sure you follow us on Twitter, Facebook and Vimeo to be the first informed.
